The Standard Maintenance Clean - Min. 2 Hours

Payment & Policies FAQ

 

Q: When do I pay for my cleaning?
A: For your convenience, payment is due on the day of your service. For first-time deep cleans or move-out services, we require payment (or a card on file) at the time of booking to secure your spot on our calendar.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We are a cash-free business to ensure the safety and efficiency of our team. We securely accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our online portal. Recurring clients can also set up hassle-free Auto-Pay.

Q: Is tipping expected?
A: Tipping is never required, but it is always appreciated! If you feel your team did an exceptional job, you can add a tip through our payment portal or leave cash on the kitchen counter. 100% of tips go directly to your cleaners.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We understand life happens! Because we reserve a specific time slot just for you, we require 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a $50 "short-notice" fee.

Q: Do you offer invoices for commercial clients?
A: Yes! For our commercial and office partners, we offer flexible Net-15 invoicing options to align with your accounting cycles.
